Roger Marr, Agent 0007, has been associated with the Real Estate industry since 1978 as a consultant to builders, developers and architects. He entered the Real Estate sales business in 1987 as a sales agent and obtained his Broker's license in 1988. He established his full service real estate agency, Galeria de Casas Real Estate, in Las Cruces in 1996 to better serve his clients’ needs . His many years of marketing all types of commercial and residential properties and his solid business background give him a unique perspective to assist his clients.

Roger is community minded. He is an active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, the Las Cruces Sunrise Lions Club, and the Las Cruces Association of Realtors. He is a past member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors and Habitat for Humanity to mention just a few. Roger was extremely instrumental in the advent of the local Salvation Army Dress-A-Child program and Chaired this campaign for 4 years.
 

As a Buyer’s Agent he is well versed in finding the right property for his clients. In New Mexico it is an accepted practice for the Sellers to pay the Buyer’s Agent fee. However, the fiduciary of the Buyer’s Agent is to the Buyer, not the Seller.
